ABYGRAM TERMS OF USE

Abygram is a social and digital platform that allows users to: Create profiles, Connect with other users, Follow accounts, Share content, Discover content, Communicate with other users, Send messages, Make voice and video calls, Create Stories, Participate in live streams, Like, comment, share, repost, save, and interact with content, Use AI-powered features, Participate in verification programs, Purchase subscriptions and premium features, Send or receive supported gifts and credits, Use boosts and promotional features, Participate in creator monetization programs, Buy and sell through supported marketplace features, View advertisements, and Use other features introduced by Abygram.

Features may vary by country, age, account type, eligibility, and availability.

You must be at least 13 years old to create or use a Abygram account. If you are under 13, you may not use Abygram. Some features may have additional age requirements.

Where users between 13 and 17 are permitted to use Abygram, additional protections or restrictions may apply depending on the feature, jurisdiction, and applicable law.

By creating an account, you represent that: You meet the minimum age requirement; The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge; You will keep your account information reasonably accurate; and You have the legal capacity required to agree to these Terms in your jurisdiction.

You may not create an account on behalf of another person without appropriate authorization.

To use certain Abygram features, you must create an account. Account registration currently requires information such as Full name, Username, Email address, Phone number, Date of birth, and Password. A profile photo is optional.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not: Share your password with others, Allow unauthorized people to use your account, Impersonate another person, Create an account using misleading identity information, Create accounts for fraudulent purposes, or Circumvent restrictions imposed on another account.

Abygram may require additional security verification in certain circumstances.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless the activity occurred because of a security issue that was not reasonably caused by you. You should use a strong, unique password and protect your authentication information.

Abygram supports two-factor authentication. Two-factor authentication may normally be optional, but Abygram may require additional authentication in certain security circumstances. Verified accounts are required to have two-factor authentication enabled.

If you believe your account has been compromised, you should contact Abygram and take appropriate steps to secure it.

You may select a username and create a profile. Your username and other public profile information must not: Impersonate another person or organization, Mislead users about your identity, Infringe another person's rights, Be used for fraud, scams, or abuse, or Violate Abygram's Community Guidelines.

Abygram may take action against usernames or profiles that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Abygram may offer different verification levels or plans. Verification may require identity or business documentation through a third-party verification provider.

Verification may provide benefits such as: A verification badge, Verified status, Profile customization, Name customization, and Other features associated with the selected verification level.

Verification does not mean that Abygram endorses, sponsors, guarantees, or agrees with everything posted by the verified user. A verified name must remain sufficiently connected to the identity or business information used for verification.

Abygram may maintain verification history for security and verification purposes. Some verification levels may require a recurring paid subscription. If a paid verification subscription ends, the verification badge may be removed. Abygram may also revoke verification when eligibility or verification requirements are no longer satisfied.

You retain your rights in content you create and submit to Abygram, subject to the rights you grant to Abygram under these Terms.

Your content may include: Photos, Videos, Text posts, Stories, Audio, Voice content, Voice notes, Documents, Files, Live streams, Comments, Replies, Reposts, Polls, and Other content supported by Abygram.

You are responsible for the content you create, upload, send, publish, or otherwise share. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the content.

When you upload, publish, send, or otherwise make content available through Abygram, you grant Abygram a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, format, adapt, transmit, display, distribute, and technically use that content as necessary to: Operate Abygram, Provide the features you request, Deliver your content to intended recipients, Display your content according to your privacy settings, Store and transmit your content, Provide recommendations and discovery features, Moderate and secure the platform, Back up and maintain the service, Improve platform functionality, and Perform technical processing necessary to provide Abygram.

This license continues only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which the content is processed, subject to applicable law and the relevant feature. This license does not transfer ownership of your content to Abygram.

If you choose to publish content publicly, you understand that other people may view it, share it, comment on it, interact with it, repost it, or capture/reproduce it outside Abygram.

Abygram cannot guarantee that content intentionally made public will remain private after it has been viewed or copied by others. You should consider this before publishing information publicly.

Certain Abygram features allow you to share information privately (private messages, conversations, private accounts, restricted content). You should understand that private does not necessarily mean inaccessible under every circumstance (e.g. when you report content, a safety investigation requires review, you voluntarily share it with another user, disclosure is required by law, or technical processing is necessary).

Abygram provides messaging features that may support text, photos, videos, documents, files, voice messages, reactions, and replies. Users must not use communications to threaten, harass, scam, distribute malware, conduct fraud, or violate rights.

Normal Abygram voice and video calls are not recorded by Abygram.

You can report accounts, content, messages, comments, or other activity that violates these Terms or Community Guidelines. Reports may be reviewed using automated systems, human review, or both. You must not submit false or abusive reports.

Users who consistently provide useful and accurate reports may receive recognition, trust badges, or visibility rewards.

You must comply with Abygram's Community Guidelines. Prohibited conduct includes: Violence and threats, Terrorism and violent extremism, Child sexual exploitation and abuse (strictly zero tolerance), Sexual exploitation, Non-consensual intimate content, Harassment and abuse, Hate speech and discrimination, Fraud and scams, Impersonation, Malicious software, and Illegal activity.

You may not send unsolicited mass messages, operate spam accounts, artificially inflate likes/followers/views, use unauthorized bots, sell fake engagement, or circumvent platform limits.

You may not attempt to manipulate Abygram through fake accounts, coordinated inauthentic activity, automated abuse, bug exploitation, scraping, or restriction evasion.

You must respect third-party intellectual property. You may not upload copyrighted works, trademarks, music, videos, or designs without appropriate ownership, authorization, or license.

If you believe content infringes your copyright, submit a notice specifying the protected work, infringing material, ownership proof, and contact information. Abygram will review and restrict infringing content where appropriate.

You may not use another's trademarks deceptively. Abygram's proprietary brand assets, logos, and designs cannot be used without prior written consent.

AI features assist with analysis, recommendations, captions, and safety. Results may not always be accurate; users must independently verify important outputs. Abygram does not use user content to train its AI models.

Algorithms influence recommendations, search results, and feed ranking. Abygram combines automated analysis with human moderation for critical safety evaluations.

Abygram reviews content and actions may include content removal, distribution limits, warnings, feature restrictions, suspensions, or permanent bans depending on violation severity.

Immediate account suspension or permanent termination may occur where conduct poses a serious risk to users, child safety, public security, or platform integrity.

Users may submit appeals for eligible enforcement decisions. Records of moderation actions, reports, and appeals are maintained for review.

Private accounts limit audience access to approved followers, subject to standard legal disclosures and safety reviews.

Live streamers are responsible for their stream content and must not distribute prohibited material. Streams may be recorded per feature controls.

Merchants and sellers are responsible for accurate product descriptions, legal ownership, pricing, fulfillment, customer service, and commercial regulatory compliance.

Buyers must provide accurate payment and delivery information and must not engage in payment fraud or abusive chargeback claims.

Abygram may investigate marketplace disputes, request evidence, hold funds temporarily in escrow, and facilitate refunds according to marketplace policies.

Supported payment methods (cards, mobile money, digital wallets) are processed by certified third-party payment providers. Abygram maintains necessary transaction records.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Users are responsible for timely cancellation.

Paid verification tiers grant badges during active subscriptions. If the subscription ends, the badge is removed immediately.

Platform credits and gifts are for in-app use and may not be traded or transferred outside official Abygram channels.

Monetization tools (gifts, tips, subscriptions) are available to eligible creators based on region, verification, and compliance. Ad-revenue sharing is not currently offered.

Payouts via mobile money or bank accounts require accurate information and may undergo verification or anti-fraud review before release.

Refund eligibility is determined by product terms and statutory consumer laws. Activated subscriptions and utilized credits are non-refundable unless required by law.

Paid promotions must be truthful and lawful. Boost purchases do not guarantee specific metrics or business outcomes.

Advertisers do not receive users' personal information. Ads are delivered internally without giving advertisers moderation influence.

Third-party service integrations (hosting, payment, SMS, verification) operate under their own terms and privacy disclosures.

Abygram is not responsible for the content, privacy, or practices of external third-party websites linked within the platform.

You may not use Abygram to break the law, defraud, impersonate, harass, distribute malware, scrape, reverse engineer, or compromise accounts.

Attempting to scan, probe, hack, or bypass security rules is strictly prohibited. Discovered vulnerabilities should be reported responsibly.

Automated scraping, crawling, bulk account creation, or metric harvesting without express authorization is prohibited.

All software, brand designs, code, and systems are owned by Abygram/Khalas Ventures Co. Ltd and may not be copied or leased without permission.

Features are provided on an "as available" basis and may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, security, or operational needs.

Abygram continuously develops and may introduce, modify, or retire features, providing advance notice where legally mandated.

Abygram may restrict or terminate accounts for rule violations, fraud, security threats, or statutory requirements.

Users may request account deletion with a 30-day recovery grace period. After 30 days, personal data is permanently purged.

Termination may result in loss of account access, content, and privileges. Evading termination through new accounts is prohibited.

Users should maintain independent backups of critical content. Content may be deleted or modified in accordance with platform policies.

Users are responsible for their interactions. Abygram does not guarantee the honesty or actions of other users.

Abygram facilitates marketplace interactions but does not guarantee every external product or delivery.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without express or implied warranties beyond non-excludable statutory rights.

AI-generated content may contain errors and must not replace independent professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abygram is not liable for indirect losses, user misconduct, or third-party service failures.

You agree to indemnify Abygram against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or unlawful activity to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, preserving mandatory consumer rights in your local jurisdiction.

Informal dispute resolution can be initiated by emailing hello@shaymah.com before pursuing formal legal avenues.

Abygram complies with lawful court warrants and notifies affected users where legally permissible.

Your platform use is governed by our Privacy Policy, which details data processing, protection, retention, and user rights.

Additional feature terms (Marketplace, Subscriptions, Creator Hub) supplement these general Terms.

Revisions are notified via updated effective dates and in-app notices. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

If any provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in full effect.

Failure to immediately enforce a term does not constitute a waiver of Abygram's right to enforce it in the future.

These Terms, Community Guidelines, and Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Abygram.

Core Community Standards:

• Be truthful: Do not impersonate people or mislead others.
• Respect people: Do not threaten, harass, exploit, or abuse others.
• Protect children: Never use Abygram for child exploitation.
• Don't scam: Do not steal, defraud, or manipulate people.
• Respect ownership: Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Don't manipulate: No fake engagement or abusive automation.
• Keep accounts secure: Safeguard your passwords and 2FA credentials.
• Trade honestly: No marketplace, payment, or delivery fraud.
• Follow the law: Do not facilitate unlawful activity.

By creating an account or using Abygram, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.
